The first thing you notice as soon as the game starts is the addition of the dual-screen UI.
The extra screen is not only there for all your menu options, but it doubles as a map, which is incredibly useful.
Another feature of the dual screen I found useful was the use of the touchscreen in combat.
You can use your stlyus to enter combat commands and select targets. This actually makes the combat feel a little more interactive and less "button mashy".
I'm about halfway through the game now and it still feels like I'm playing it for the first time. I haven't even tapped into any of the muliplayer features or extra dungeons, but I'm sure they'll only add to the experience. Apparently there is a creature-capture "pokemon style" feature that has been added which I'm pretty excited about trying but I"m forcing myself to play through the main story line before I get sidetracked by all that.
Great game-play, great story and the great soundtrack makes this a must have at only $20 pre-owned. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to pickup that DS again! I'll post more once I've had the chance to play around with the newly added features.
